What you need for 2 people:

             500g of potatoes

             5 eggs

             Parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

How to do :

             Cut the diced potatoes and cook them in a pan with olive oil

             While it’s cooking, beat the eggs in a bowl with the seasoning

             Once the potatoes are cooked (not the potatoes cooked, it hurts toothache), drain the oil, pour the eggs over and cook on low heat (very soft, otherwise it will burn!)

And There you go! A little salad and vinegar next to it and you have a superb dish

4. Sausages lentils (with carrots and onions)

You will need (amazing) lentils, sausages (or small pieces of chorizo, it works too), onions and carrots. Again, these are just ultra-cheap and healthy products.

As for quantities, you are free to put what you want. It’s up to you to see if you like a lot of lenses compared to the rest or not. Note that lentils swell when cooked

Of course, you can add all the spices that will pass by the hand: curry, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, mustard … All you want, I tell you! Tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, why not? As long as it has a good face, go gaily

How to do :

             Cook your lentils first. Take dry lentils because they are cheaper and cook in 45 minutes with water (no need to put them in the water overnight, unlike dry beans). If you are really lazy, open a box. You can add a teaspoon (no more!) Of baking soda.

             Peel and cut your carrots as you see fit, then cook for  15 to 20 minutes in the water with a little salt. Personally, I cook them with lentils by adding them halfway through cooking. We optimize energy too!

             Cook your sausages next door and serve!

It’s very good, very healthy and cheap (and vegan if you remove chorizo: P)! For this time, I cooked the carrots separately, slowly in a saucepan with some spices (garlic, salt, caraway, curry, olive oil).

5. Croque-monsieur

             50cl of thick cream (a big pot)

             200g grated cheese

             2kg of potatoes

             A little garlic , nutmeg , salt and pepper to taste

How to do :

             Cut the potatoes into slices

             Arrange them in a gratin dish while adding the crème fraîche

             Season with garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. I like to put a little curry or cumin sometimes, it gives a nice taste (and it’s not expensive).

             Cover with grated cheese

             Put in the oven 1h at 180 ° C and it’s good!

You can accompany any meat or just vegetables (but then eat at least some starter eggs to have enough protein).

7. Yogurt cake

A nice little dessert (or taste , it’s according to): the traditional and simple yogurt cake !

Beautiful, good, simple, efficient and … cheap! Yes I know, I repeat myself but what do you want!

What you need for 4 to 6 people (or 2 wolverines):

What I love about this recipe is that  everything is measured in jars of yogurt  ! No need to worry about complicated dosages and measurements, look at:

             1 jar of plain yogurt . You can also put a scented, but personally, it is the nature that I prefer because we feel the taste of yogurt in the cake.

             2 pots (of the same yogurt, suddenly) of sugar

             3 pots of flour (whole flour, it works too and it’s healthier )

             1/2 pot of sunflower oil

             3 eggs

             1 packet of vanilla sugar

             1 sachet of baking powder (be careful, do not use baker’s yeast)

How to do :

             Take a cake pan and butter it well, the name of a pipe! Better yet: I recommend silicone molds, it’s great.

             Pour the ingredients into the bowl: first the yogurt, then the sugar and the eggs, then the flour, the oil and the yeast. Stir all this!

             Pour the dough into your cake pan and bake it.

             35 minutes later, it’s ready!

Ah, of course you can add all kinds of jams, raisins, chocolate chips  and everything that goes through your head, it’s even better

8. Fruit salad

After all this cake, we finish with a fresh and healthy thing; a good old fruit salad.

Attention: I’m talking about fruit salad to do yourself. I am not talking about these junk sold all ready inbox and bathed in a foul syrup so sweet that one would become diabetic on the field! You’re better than that, let’s see …

Do yourself some good: make yourself a nice fruit salad with real fruit! If you can, buy them organic and keep the skin (it rhymes), it will be better and there will be more nutrients.
