How to prepare vada kaddi recipe at home

Ingredients.

for vada kaddi recipe we need,

Minapappu /Black gram: 100 gms

Curd: 1cup

Onions: 2

Green chilies: 4

Tomato: 4

Ginger garlic paste: 1tbspn

Coriander leaves: ½ cup

Curry leaves: ½ cup

Turmeric: ½ tbspn

Red chili powder: 1tbspn

Salt: as you required

Garam masala power: according to the taste

 Process for preparing vada kaddi recipe.

Add it to a mixer grinder jar or , pour very little water, salt and start grinding.

Heat oil in a deep bottom kadai or pan till oil get hot enough.

Dip your fingers in water, we need moist fingers.Take small portions of batter shape to a ball, slightly flatten with thumb, make a hole in the center with the help of thumb, and drop into the hot oil by smoothly  shaking off the fingers.

After oil gets heated   slow down the flame to medium and drop the vada into the oil by smoothly shaking your fingers.

Then take another pan pour 3 tbspn of oil in it after oil getting heat.

Then add onions until onions turn into golden brown and add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric powder to it.

Wait for a few minutes then add tomato pieces till tomato get boiled then add red chili powder, salt, let it soak for sometime.

After that add curd and water to it wait 2 to 3 minutes. Now add vada and keep it till it become thick gravy

Finally sprinkle garam masala, coriander leaves.

NOTE: Use only small size vada for this recipe.
