Insanity Calendar: Insanity workout is an advanced exercise program. It includes bodyweight exercises and high-intensity interval training. Insanity workouts are done 20 to 60 minutes at a time, six days a week and 60 days. It is an ultra-intensive cardio program designed to help you get back in shape in 60 days.

Does Insanity work?
The simple answer is YES. Follow the 60-day program, and I guarantee you will see changes in your body, strength, and endurance.
Though, the issue is whether high-intensity workouts such as insanity are consistent in the long run or not.
Insanity workouts mostly consist of combination exercises. You can work your arms, abs, and shoulders in a single move.
There are specific videos to focus on one area of the body, such as the abdomen. These workouts usually take place along with other cardio or interval workouts. Follow the program schedule for specific instructions.
