Royyala Iguru / prawn curry preparation in little fry onions. Prawn curry is an ocean food curry recipe prepared from fresh prawns cooked in onions and Indian spices and masala. Prawn gravy also very tasty. One of our family favorite ocean food dish.

METHOD FOR ROYYALA IGURU RECIPE:
Add the sliced onion and inexpert chillies and fry until clear in a two-tablespoon heated oil which is heat for 2 minutes. Add the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and fry for a second. Add sliced tomatoes and fry for an additional three minutes. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and hot pepper powder. It is used to make prawn gravy, Cook on medium heat for five minutes. Mix well. Add the cleansed prawns, salt and blend well currently add one cup of water and cook any coated with lid for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Add garam masala powder and blend well. close up heat and garnish with sliced coriander leaves. When you Serve prawn gravy with hot chapattis you feel great.

- five hundred grams cleaned prawns
- two table spoon oil
- one table spoon ginger garlic paste
- one medium tomato sliced
- ten curry leaves
- one massive onion finely sliced
- one tea spoon hot pepper powder
- 1/3 tea spoon turmeric powder
- three inexpert chillies
- one table spoon coriander powder
- sliced and garnished coriander leaves
- 1/4 table spoon garam masala powder
- ½ tab le spoon cumin powder
- salt 1 spoon
