Step by Step methodology to form Spring Onion Curry
1. Wash the onion bunch and separate the greens and white bulbs. I used my room knife to cut the greens. Chop the white bulbs finely. We can make also Ulli curry.
2. Heat a pan with oil. Add Kalonji (onion seeds) followed by the white onion and saute for 1/2 minute.
3. Add onions and saute until they flip semitransparent. Add ginger garlic paste, inexperienced chilies, tomatoes, salt and cook until the tomatoes flip mushy.
4. Add coriander powder, red flavoring, turmeric powder, 2-3 tbsp water and cook for two minutes until the raw smell disappears.(5). Add the onion greens and cook for two minutes until it wilts. Add 1/4 cup water and cook with the pan closed with a lid for 4-5 minutes until the gravy thickens up.(6). Add garam masala powder, mix well. initiate fireplace it.

Ingredients to prepare Spring Onion Curry :
Egg- 2 numbers
Ginger- 1/2 inch piece
Spring onions- 1 bunch
Garlic- 2 pods
Green chilli- 3 numbers
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon
Jeera seeds- 1/2 tea spoon
Mustard and jeera seeds- 1/2 tea spoon for tempering
Oil- 3 table spoons
Salt to taste
