Veg Cheese Pizza

Veg Cheese Pizza is an awesome snack recipe, here pizza base is topped with lots of vegetables , cheese and then cooked in oven for just few minutes. This pizza is the best option as snack for vegetarian people. It has a very special in various functions and parties. Kids love this pizza.


1/2 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp salt

For The Vegetable Topping

1/2 cup sliced and blanched baby corn
1/2 cup blanched carrot cubes
1/2 cup blanched zucchini cubes
1/2 cup sliced red bush
1 tbsp butter

Other Ingredients
skinny crust pizza pie base
1/2 cup grated  cheese
1/2 cup pizza pie sauce


Heat the butter on to non-stick pan, add the flour and cook on a medium flame for thirty seconds and  stirr continously.
Add 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of water, cheese, salt and pepper, combine well and cook on a medium flame for two minutes.
Divide the bun into a pair of equal parts and keep aside.

For the veg cheese pizza vegetable topping
Heat the butter in broad non-stick pan, add all the vegetables and sauce on a medium flame for two to three minutes.
Add salt and pepper and blend well.
Divide the vegetable topping into a pair of equal parts and keep aside.

How to proceed
Place a pizza pie base on a clean, dry surface and unfold a little of the bechamel and organize one portion of the vegetable topping equally over it.
Spread ¼ cup of pizza pie sauce equally over it and eventually sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over it.

Place the pizza on a lubricated baking receptacle and bake during a pre-heated kitchen appliance at 200°c (400°f) for ten to twelve minutes until the bottom is equally baked and therefore the cheese melts.
